Clear Solar Corporation – Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Clear Solar
Clear Solar Corporation is commercializing NASA‑licensed electrodynamic dust shield (EDS) technology that removes dust from solar panels without water or mechanical cleaning. Our ClearAdvantage system integrates transparent electrodes with distributed electronic controllers that generate electrostatic traveling waves to remove dust from solar surfaces.
Our products support both terrestrial renewable energy systems and next-generation space exploration missions, including applications for the Moon and Mars. As we expand, we’re looking for engineers who thrive in fast-paced R&D environments and enjoy turning innovative concepts into functioning hardware.
At Clear Solar, you’ll join an early-stage leadership team building a company from the ground up—with hands-on influence over technical strategy, product development, and customer success. We’re shaping the future of resilient, clean infrastructure for our planet and our neighboring planetary bodies, and we’re looking for passionate engineers, scientists, builders, and business professionals to join us.
